We are committed to transparent and fair pricing. The price displayed on our website is the final price inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. You may instead initiate a return after delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact our support team with photos of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our Grievance Officer. We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days of receiving the complaint.
